When a customer purchases through your unique link, the payment goes through XELA's secure checkout. Your commission is tracked automatically and paid out on the 1st of each month.
They can't. All purchases must go through the XELA checkout using your unique tracking link. There's no way for customers to purchase directly from the business and skip your referral.
All sellers start at a 20% commission rate. As you make more sales, your rate increases — you earn +1% for every 100 sales, up to a maximum of 25%.
Sales are protected until the end of the month they were made. If a customer requests a refund before the next payout date, the commission is adjusted accordingly.
