For sellers

Sell the offer.
Keep the cut.

XELA is for people who can bring buyers to good offers, but do not want to build the product, manage checkout, or trust someone else to remember their commission.

What sellers do

Sellers bring buyers to offers that are already built, priced, and ready to take payment. You are not expected to make the product, deliver the service, handle refunds, or convince the business to pay you after the fact.

Your job is distribution. If you already have an audience, a network, a niche community, an outbound motion, a personal brand, a newsletter, a group chat, or a strong ability to talk to customers, XELA gives you a cleaner way to turn that into commission.

  • Pick from offers you are approved to sell.
  • Create a tracked checkout link for the offer.
  • Send buyers to that link through your own channels.
  • Let checkout record the seller, buyer, business, and payout split.
  • Track which links are active, which buyers converted, and what is owed.

How links work

Every seller link carries your seller ID into checkout. When a buyer pays, the order is connected to you automatically. That is the core of the system: the commission is not a screenshot, a handshake, a DM promise, or a spreadsheet someone updates later.

The link can be shared anywhere you normally sell: messages, calls, newsletters, communities, social posts, email, landing pages, or direct outreach. The buyer sees the offer and pays through checkout. Behind the scenes, XELA records who made the sale.

  • The link is attached to one seller and one offer.
  • The buyer payment creates an order record.
  • The order stores the gross sale, seller commission, business share, and payout status.
  • If a refund happens, that order can be handled before payout.
  • If a buyer comes through your link, the sale is tied back to you.

What you can sell

XELA is built for offers that can be sold by someone other than the creator. That can include courses, coaching, communities, consulting packages, live programs, services, templates, digital products, events, and other offers where a seller can bring qualified buyers.

Not every offer is open to every seller. A business can approve sellers manually, limit sellers by offer, or keep the offer private. In the beta, sellers will usually see a small assigned set instead of a large open marketplace.

  • You only see offers you are allowed to sell.
  • Each offer shows the price and seller commission before you promote it.
  • Some offers may require business approval before your link goes live.
  • Some offers may be limited to specific sellers during the beta.
  • The marketplace gets broader later, once tracking and payout quality are proven.

What you earn

Seller commission is set before the link is created. You should know the economics before you spend time selling. If an offer pays 20%, 25%, or another fixed commission, that rate is attached to the offer and recorded when the buyer pays.

The private beta is designed around clear tracking rather than maximum marketplace size. That means fewer offers at first, but cleaner data on whether the seller can move buyers, whether the offer converts, and whether the payout process works smoothly.

  • Most beta seller commissions sit around 20% to 25% per settled sale.
  • The commission amount is visible before you start selling.
  • Commission is calculated from the buyer payment and offer rules.
  • Refunded or disputed orders may not be payable until resolved.
  • Payout records make it clear what is pending, approved, or paid.

When you get paid

The goal is to remove the awkward follow-up that normally happens in affiliate or referral deals. You should not have to ask whether a buyer paid, chase the business for numbers, or wait for someone to manually calculate your cut.

Payouts are released after the order is settled and the refund window clears. This protects both sides: sellers get paid for real sales, businesses are not paying commission on refunded orders, and buyers still have a normal checkout experience.

  • Commissions are tracked immediately when checkout completes.
  • Orders can move through pending, approved, paid, or refunded states.
  • The current payout rhythm is monthly.
  • Payouts happen after refund risk is handled.
  • You will still need to complete payout setup before money can be sent.

What the business handles

The business still owns the product. They deliver the course, service, coaching, community, or whatever the buyer purchased. They also remain responsible for offer quality, buyer support, and making sure the thing being sold is real.

XELA does not turn sellers into product operators. It gives sellers a tracked way to sell, while keeping fulfillment with the business that created the offer.

  • The business creates or owns the actual offer.
  • The business handles delivery and customer support.
  • The business can approve or reject sellers.
  • The business keeps its share of each settled sale.
  • The business can update offer information when needed.

Private beta limits

During beta, sellers are intentionally limited. You may be assigned one or two businesses instead of seeing a full marketplace. That is deliberate. It lets us track the entire flow with less noise: who sold, what converted, what broke, what buyers asked, what businesses approved, and how payouts behaved.

This also makes the beta more personal. Instead of throwing everyone into the same marketplace, we can give each seller a smaller set of offers and learn whether the fit is right.

  • Your beta code can assign you to specific businesses or offers.
  • Your available marketplace may look different from another seller’s.
  • The limited view is for tracking and quality control.
  • You still get normal tracked links for the offers you are assigned.
  • More offers can be opened later as the beta proves the system.

What happens after joining

When you join, you create your account, complete the basic seller profile, and set up the pieces needed for payout. Once you have access to assigned offers, you can review the terms and start creating links.

If a business requires approval, you may need to apply before the link is live. If the offer is already assigned to you, the platform can make it available immediately depending on the beta setup.

  • Create or claim your seller account.
  • Complete profile and payout requirements.
  • Review assigned businesses and offers.
  • Apply for any offers that require approval.
  • Create links, send buyers, and track resulting orders.
